lyrics

The Hangover
My body hurts
I feel a mess
Drank too much last night
And it made me feel worse
But last night I felt
On top of the world
I wore my hair down
And I danced all around
Nobody knows me
They can't see behind my smile
Coz deep Underneath
There's a girl wanting to get out
All of my dreams seem so out of reach
I tell myself I ain't no good
I got a low self esteem
But people say that I look confident
They just leave me be
Then I think there must be something wrong with me
That’s why I sing the blues
Why does my mind
Think all of these negative things
Why is it full of broken dreams
I should be proud of who I am
Life has it’s ups, it has it’s downs
But people say that I look confident
So they just leave me be yeah
Then I think there must be something wrong with me
That’s why I sing the blues
(solo)
My body hurts
I feel a mess
Drank too much last night
And it made me feel worse
But last night I felt
On top of the world
I wore my hair down
And I danced all around
But people say that I look confident
So they just leave me be yeah
they don't even comment
Then I think there must be something wrong with me
That's why I sing the blues x2
That’s why I sing the blues
Wow that’s why I sing the blues
